Delete an internal support ticket_id

delete {protocol}://{userdomain}:{port}/api/open/v1/psa/support_ticket/internal_ids/tickets/{id}

Deletes an internal ticket_id generated by POST /internals_ids/tickets API.
User should call the API to delete the internal ticket_id when the ticket_id is no longer used.
